The Argus C4M Electro is an all plastic viewfinder camera for 35mm film with a built-in light meter and flash. The camera was marketed by Argus starting in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

The manufacturer is unknown. However. the same camera chassis was also sold badged as a Samoca Winderflash EE. The appearance and functionality are similar to the Minolta Hi-matic models AF2-M and GF.

The camera offers four focus settings marked by icons. Tradition distance scale in meters and feet is also available. The camera has motorized film advance and rewind. Two 1.5v AA batteries are required to power the camera and are installed via a battery door located on the bottom of the camera. The flash extends slightly above the top of the camera when turned on and a flash ready light is included on the back of the camera near the viewfinder.
