The No.1 Folding Pocket Kodak Model C was a folding camera that produced 2¼ x 3¼ inch exposures on type No. 105 roll film. It was launched in 1905, based on patents of 1902, and made in Rochester, U.S.A. . It was made of aluminium, some other metal and wood. Even the characteristic double viewfinder was made of wood. Its strut folding concept was Kodak's first one with lens board self-positioning mechanism. The lens was a Kodak f11 Achromatic. The shutter was a Pocket Automatic with instant, time and bulb mode. Aperture settings were numbered 1, 2, 3.
Version 1A had a fourth aperture, a metal lens board and just one viewfinder on a 90 degree turnable lever.
