FTM is an abbreviation for Flash, Tele lens, and Motor drive.
The camera has a built-in electronic flash, a 1:4/22mm lens convertible to 1:8/44mm tele lens combined with correction of the viewfinder to tele view, and an inbuilt film advance motor-drive. It was made in Hong Kong by Haking which sold it also under own brand name as Halina Telewide.
