One of numerous [[SLR]]s for 35mm film offered by [[Foto-Quelle]] under the [[Revueflex]] brand, this model offers [[stop down]] metering with [[42mm screw lenses]], indicated via three LEDs alongside the viewfinder eyepiece. Functionally it is equivalent to the [[Chinon CM-3]], but the styling of its controls is actually closer to the [[Chinon CM-1 | CM-1]] and its wider [[pentaprism]] cover without leatherette panels most closely matches the [[Chinon AM-3]].<ref>The model designation "AM-3" is anomalous for Chinon's own-brand SLRs and its connection to the  SC1 with its pentaprism restyling is unclear.</ref>
