In 1891 the Rochester Camera Mfg. Co. was founded by H. B. Carlton, the brother of Rochester Optical's founder W. F. Carlton. Later it became the Rochester Camera and Supply Co., and after a while it was the Rochester Camera Co.. In 1899 it joined the new group Rochester Optical and Camera Co. which was taken over by Kodak in 1903. A main product line of Rochester Camera and Supply were the Poco folding cameras. The cameras were equipped with RCCo or Bausch & Lomb shutter.
